ABOUT US

Inspired by the belief that true transformation begins with nurturing care, compassion, and

connection, The H.A.L.O. Project—which stands for Hope, Adoration, Legacy, and

Opportunity—embraces the spirit of empowerment through nurturing. This comprehensive 10-

year pilot strategy plan is designed to significantly improve school attendance and high school

graduation rates for a cohort of 32 students (6th–12th grade) at Central High School in

Northwest Tulsa (74127). The target cohort is made up of students from economically

challenged backgrounds. Rooted in the organization’s mission of comprehensive liberation and

dynamic empowerment, the strategy is uniquely structured around the Black Wall Street

Mindset—a model of self-sustaining economic and community vitality. This initiative seeks to

create high visibility and long-term sustainability through socio-economic empowerment that

drives community liberation. Through this plan, the H.A.L.O. Project aims to bridge gaps, foster

resilience, and prioritize holistic well-being within high-need communities.
